The University of Florida Phyloinformatics Cluster for High Performance Computing in the Life Sciences is a computational facility for phylogenetic and evolutionary analyses and bioinformatics research. The cluster provides a web-based interface for launching jobs and viewing results, bringing HPC power to all users.

The Florida Museum of Natural History is proud to house the cluster in the Dickinson Hall server facility. The current cluster is funded by NSF grant DEB-0083659/0196412 awarded to Pam and Doug Soltis.

Matt Gitzendanner is responsible for cluster administration, please contact him for additional information or to request access to the cluster. Matt is also willing to share XML files for Pise/iNquiry interfaces to programs.
